ASPECT INTEGRATED IT PRIVATE LIMITED was established in 2009 as a knowledge driven organization committed to achieve excellence in IT/ITes/TELCOM & HRO services and emerged as single point solution provider for Government and Private organizations. ASPECT functions from its own independently operated, government-registered IT Park, and is an associated member of NASSCOM & e-Governance Services of India (Govt. of India).
ASPECT holds ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications for Quality Management and ISO 27001:2013 for Information Security Management. The organization serves valued clients from Central and State Governments across diverse domains such as corporate groups, banking, and leading educational universities. ASPECT was honored with the Maharashtra Government I.T. Excellence Award in 2018.

With a clear vision to deliver information technology–enabled services and to facilitate the dissemination of advanced technological solutions and government initiatives, AISA-INDIA was formally established in 1994. Further expanding its operational and strategic capabilities, AISA-INDIA incorporated ASPECT I.I.T. Pvt. Ltd. in 2009.
